How do I resubscribe to emails?

If you have unsubscribed from our emails, either by clicking the link to unsubscribe in a ProWritingAid email or by turning off email notifications in your account, you can still resubscribe at any time.

To resubscribe, you need to access your email settings in your account.

How to access your email settings

Log in to your ProWritingAid account and visit the My Account page. Under “Account Details,” click on “Manage notification preferences.” We have highlighted this in red in the image below.

You will go to the “Notification Settings” page where you can access your email settings.

How to resubscribe to our emails

On the “Notification Settings” page, if you have unsubscribed from our emails, there will be a red “OFF” label next to “Email Notifications.

If your email notifications are set to “OFF,” you will not receive any emails from ProWritingAid except essential billing and subscription emails and replies to any Help Center queries you send. This also means you will not be notified about any credits, rewards, or offers you may receive for taking part in our writing events.

To resubscribe to our emails, click on “Turn On Email Notifications.” We have highlighted this in red in the image below.

The label next to “Email Notifications” will change to a green “ON” label. You will also see a message in a green banner with a green check mark that confirms you have successfully subscribed to email notifications. We have shown an example of these changes in the image below.

You have now resubscribed to our emails.
