How to select the emails you receive
You can quickly and easily select the emails you want to receive from ProWritingAid. Alternatively, you can turn off email notifications entirely.
How to access your email settings
Log in to your ProWritingAid account and visit the My Account page. Under “Account Details,” click on “Manage notification preferences.” We have highlighted this in red in the image below.

You will go to the “Notification Settings” page where you can access your email settings.
How to change your email settings
On the “Notification Settings” page, next to “Email Notifications” there will be either a red “OFF” label or a green “ON” label.
If your email notifications are set to “OFF,” you will not receive any emails from ProWritingAid except essential billing and subscription emails and replies to any Help Center queries you send.
To manage the types of emails you receive from us, your email notifications must be set to “ON.” If they are not, click “Turn On Email Notifications.” We have highlighted this in red in the image below.

How to select the types of emails you receive
Under “Choose individual emails,” you can check or uncheck each box to select the types of emails you want to receive. We have highlighted this section in red in the image below.

If you are unsure what type of emails to expect for a specific category, click on “Example.” This will open a new tab that shows a previous email we sent.
Whenever you check or uncheck a box, a green notification will appear under “Notification Settings” to confirm you have successfully subscribed or unsubscribed to that email type. We have shown an example of this notification in the image below.
