Why haven't I received my activation email?

You should receive your activation email within 48 hours of when you signed up for your account. If you haven't received your activation email after this timeframe, please check the "Spam" or "Junk" folder of the email address you used to register your account. To help you find it, your activation email will have the subject line "[Action required] Confirm your email."

If you purchased a ProWritingAid subscription via PayPal, we will send your activation email to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
