Why haven't I received my activation email?

You should receive your activation email within 48 hours of purchasing ProWritingAid. If you haven't received your activation email yet, it could have landed in the spam or junk folder of your inbox. It is always worth checking there!

If you purchased ProWritingAid through PayPal, your account will have been automatically registered to the email address associated with your PayPal account, so please check your inbox linked to that email address as well.
