How do I change my account email address?

You can change the email address associated with your account by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the ProWritingAid homepage.
  2. Click on your username in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to 'Account Details'
  4. Change your email address and hit 'Save'.
  5. Check your email for a link to confirm your new email address.

If the email address you are trying to change to isn't working, it could be that you already have an account registered to that email address. You can contact our team on who will be happy to swap your license over to your preferred email for you. 

Or, if you would prefer to delete the account registered to your preferred email, you can do this at any time. Please remember to export any documents you have on that account before you delete it, as they cannot be recovered!
