How to reset your password
If you would like to change your password, you can visit the page to reset your password. Check your email address is correct, then click on the "Reset password" button.
You will then receive an email to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password. If you cannot see this email, please check your spam or junk folders.
If you need to enter your old password first
If you click on the link in the email and you arrive at a page that asks to enter your old password before you create a new one, you may already be logged in to your account.
How to reset your password without entering your old password
To reset your password without entering your old password, you will need to be logged out of your account.
To do this, visit the login page and click on 'Forgotten your password?' Enter the email address associated with your account and click on the "Reset password" button.
You will then receive an email to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password. If you cannot see this email, please check your spam or junk folders. Follow the link in the email to visit the "Manage notification preferences" page. We have shown an example of this page in the image below:

Enter your new password twice, in the fields to the righthand side of "New password" and "Cancel password." Then click the "Save" button.
If you are logged out of your account but can still see the requirement to enter your old password, you may need to clear your browser cache.
