How to reset your password
If you would like to change your password, you can visit the page to reset your password. Check your email address is correct, then click on the "Reset password" button.
You will then receive an email to that email address with instructions on how to reset your password. If you cannot see this email, please check your spam or junk folders.
If you've clicked on the link in the email and it asks you to enter your old password before you can create a new one, it is likely that you are already logged in.
To change your password without confirming your previous password, you will need to log out of your current ProWritingAid account on our website, click 'Forgotten your Password' and follow the instructions.
You should then receive a password reset email from us, which will take you to the below screen.

This option doesn't require you to confirm your previous password and will save your new password for you.
If you are logged out but still see the option to enter your old password, you may need to clear your browser cache.
