How do I delete my account?
While we're sad to see you go, you can delete your ProWritingAid account from your account management page at any time.
Before you delete your account, export any documents saved in our Web Editor to your computer to avoid losing any work.
How to delete your account
Deleting your account or canceling your subscription will not result in an automatic refund. If you’re unsatisfied with your yearly or lifetime subscription, contact us within 3 days of purchase to request a refund.
- Log in to your account page.
- Scroll down to the Actions section on the right-hand side of the screen.

Click on the "Delete Account" button.
- You will visit a new page asking if you are sure you want to delete your account. Click on the "Delete Account" button.
