How do I get a refund?

If you have purchased a yearly or lifetime subscription, and you are not satisfied with ProWritingAid for any reason, you can get a refund by emailing us at! 

We have a 3-day full refund policy for yearly and lifetime subscriptions. Please make sure your request is made within this time frame to ensure your payment is refunded. 

Our support team might ask you the reason for the refund; this is so we can avoid any unnecessary refunds related to technical issues or solvable problems. After all, we'd rather you have a working product you're happy with, instead of issuing a refund and having to search for something else!

Please note: our Plagiarism Checks and monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Please note that cancelling or deleting your account will not auto-generate a refund. If you're still within our 3-day grace period and would like to request a refund for your yearly or lifetime subscription, please contact our team on for assistance!
