If you purchased a ProWritingAid yearly subscription or lifetime plan, you can request a refund within 3 days of purchase by contacting us.

Our support team may ask for the reason behind your refund request to identify any technical issues or problems we could help resolve.

Monthly subscription plans, Plagiarism Checks, and Manuscript Analysis credits are non-refundable.

Deleting your account or cancelling your subscription will not result in an automatic refund.

If you’re unsatisfied with your yearly subscription or lifetime license, contact us within 3 days of purchase to request a refund.
