How do I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with ProWritingAid for any reason, you can get a refund by emailing us at hello@prowritingaid.com! 

We have a 14-day full refund policy. Please make sure your request is made within this time frame to ensure your payment is refunded. 

Our support team might ask you the reason for the refund; this is so we can avoid any unnecessary refunds related to technical issues or solvable problems. After all, we'd rather you have a working product you're happy with, instead of issuing a refund and having to search for something else!

Please note: our Plagiarism Checks are non-refundable.

It is also worth knowing that cancelling your account will not auto-generate a refund. If you  are still within our 14-day grace period and would like to request a refund,  please contact our team on hello@prowritingaid.com for assistance!
