How do I cancel my subscription?
If you are thinking of canceling your subscription because of a specific issue, we may be able to help you first. Please visit our Help Center or ask us for support.
However, if you still want to cancel, you can do so at any time.
Log in to your account on the ProWritingAid website. If you are already logged in, hover over your profile name and click “My Account.” Alternatively, go to your Dashboard and click on your profile icon in the top right-hand side of your window, then click “My Account.”
Scroll down to the “Plans” section and click on the red “Cancel Subscription” button.
After you click on the button, the following confirmation message will appear:
Your plan has been cancelled, but you will still have access to premium features until your license expires.
This message confirms you have successfully canceled your subscription. You will still be able to use the features that were included in your plan until the end of your billing period.
You will not receive an automatic refund if you delete your account or cancel your subscription.
