How do I downgrade from Premium Pro Annual or Lifetime after 3 days of purchase?

As your subscription is outside our 3-day grace period, we cannot downgrade your plan during the current subscription period.

To downgrade your annual Premium Pro subscription so it does not renew, you will need to cancel the subscription.

You can then purchase a new Premium subscription from our pricing page if you want to switch to a Premium plan.

Lifetime licenses

If your lifetime license is outside of our 3-day grace period, you cannot downgrade your plan. We’re sorry if this is disappointing news!

If you would like to downgrade because you don’t want to use the generative AI features of your account, you can turn off these features.
