What happens after I cancel my subscription?
After you have canceled your subscription, you will receive an email that confirms you have successfully canceled. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us directly.
Will I receive an automatic refund?
No, you will not receive an automatic refund if you cancel your subscription. To receive a refund for a yearly or lifetime subscription, you need to contact us within 3 days of purchase. This forms part of our Money-Back Guarantee.
Can I still use my plan after canceling?
Yes, you will still be able to use your plan and access all of its features, but only up to the end of your billing period.
- If you have a monthly subscription, this will be up to the end of your billing period within a month.
- If you have a yearly subscription, this will be up to the end of your billing period over the next year.
- If you have a lifetime subscription, your plan will be canceled immediately as there is no upcoming billing period.
Will I still be charged after I cancel?
When you cancel your subscription, we will stop your payments from being autorenewed. However, sometimes the renewal charge may already be requested or processed by your bank or card provider. We cannot stop this payment from being initiated, but we will issue a refund if this happens.
