If I run out of Critique Reports, how can I get more?

If you have run out of your daily allowance of Critique Reports, you can upgrade to a plan with a higher allowance.

For free accounts, we would recommend upgrading to Premium to get 1 Critique Report per day or Premium Pro to get 3 Critique Reports per day.

If you have a Premium license, you can upgrade to Premium Pro to get 3 Critique Reports per day.

What are the options for upgrading?

If you have a free account, you can upgrade to Premium or Premium Pro.

If you have a Premium subscription, you can upgrade to Premium Pro.

How do I upgrade from my current plan?

How are the number of Critique Reports per day counted?

We count a Critique report each time you click on the report button on the toolbar to run the report.

For Premium users, you can run the report once each day.

For Premium Pro users, you can run the report three times each day.

If you cancel the report before it has generated, it will still count towards your daily allowance.

How do I know how many Critique Reports I have left?

Every time you use the Critique Report, you will see how many of your total daily Critique Reports you have left. Once you hit your limit for the day, you will not see any more Critique Report results.

I accidentally clicked on the Critique Report. can I get my allowance reset?

Unfortunately, we cannot reset your daily allowance if you accidentally or incorrectly use the Critique Report.

When does the Critique Report limit reset?

Your Critique Report allowance resets every day at 00:00 UTC.

How can I get unlimited Critique Reports?

We do not have a plan that includes unlimited Critique Reports at the moment. However, if you use the Critique Report a lot, we would recommend upgrading to our Premium Pro plan, which includes 3 Critique Reports per day. We have found this meets the demands of the majority of users.
