How to access previous idea feedback reports in Story Canvas
As Story Canvas is now a permanent feature, we have improved its design and functionality. This also means that the way you access your previous idea feedback has changed.
First, click on “Story Canvas” in the toolbar if you’re using the Web Editor, or click on “Plan” if you’re using Desktop Everywhere.
If you have not completed steps in Story Canvas before
If you have not used Story Canvas before, or have not completed steps or generated reports, there will only be a “Sample feedback” report under “Feedback history.”
Click on “Story Canvas.” We have shown this button in the image below.

Story Canvas will open. Again, there will only be a “Sample feedback” report under “Idea Feedback” in the right-hand side panel. We have shown an example of what this panel will look like in the image below.

You can click on this sample report to see an example of the type of feedback you can expect after you have provided answers in the five steps.
How to view and manage your previous reports
If you have used Story Canvas before and generated reports, your previous reports will be listed under “Feedback history.” The list shows the title of the report and the date it was created. You can access, rename, and delete them directly from here.
Alternatively, click on “Story Canvas” to open Story Canvas. We have shown this button in the image below.

After you have opened Story Canvas, your previous reports will be listed under “Idea Feedback.” We have shown an example of this section in the image below.

To manage your previous idea feedback reports, click on the menu icon with three vertical dots. Click on “Rename” to edit the title of your report or click on “Delete” to delete the report. We have shown an example of this menu in the image below.

How to access your previous reports
Click on a report and it will open in the right-hand side panel, next to your answers.

Change your answers and keep a previous report open
You can now change your Story Canvas answers when a previous report is open in the right-hand side panel. This means you can refer back to previous reports as you edit your answers. We have shown an example of this process in the image below.

You can then run the idea feedback report again to see how the feedback changes. This means you do not need to print previous reports to refer back to them, so the print option is no longer available.
We are continually improving Story Canvas. In the next update, accessing previous idea feedback reports will also be available in our extensions.
