Do sale discounts apply to subscription upgrades?
The seasonal sale discounts we offer throughout the year typically apply to new subscriptions only. This means sale discounts may not be applied if you are upgrading an existing subscription.
However, when you change or upgrade your subscription, you may be entitled to a prorated discount. The amount of discount you receive depends on the amount of time you have left on your existing subscription.

When you purchase a discounted annual subscription, your discount applies to the first year. After that, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price of the subscription.
