Can you apply a discount to my subscription after I’ve paid?
If you have made a purchase, we’re not able to apply discounts to your active subscription, retrospectively or on renewal, unless the Money-Back Guarantee applies to your purchase.
Our discounts are for first-time buyers only and don’t apply to renewals unless the terms and conditions of specific discounts say otherwise.
If you upgrade your account from Premium to Premium Pro or from a Yearly to a Lifetime license, the price quoted to you in My Account will include a pro rata discount calculated using the date you subscribed to your current plan and your next renewal date.
