If you have a Premium or Premium Pro plan, the Novel Beginnings contest is completely free to enter. If you have a Free plan, it costs $20 to enter the Novel Beginnings contest.

We cannot apply a refund retrospectively if you upgrade your Free plan after you have joined Novel Beginnings and paid the $20 entrance fee.

How do I pay the $20 entrance fee?

Sign up to a ProWritingAid account or log in to your Free plan, then join Novel Beginnings. Once you have signed up, if you have a Free plan, you will visit a secure payment page to pay the $20 entrance fee.

How many entries can I submit?
