Why do the prices on the pricing page look different?
The prices we show on the pricing page may change depending on if you are logged into your account or not.
The prices we show when you log into your account and visit our pricing page include prorated discounts. This means we calculate your discounts based on the date you subscribed to your current plan and its renewal date.
If you purchase a new subscription, this will replace your previous subscription but it won’t extend it. Your subscription renewal date will remain the same.
Because your subscription renewal date remains the same when you upgrade your plan, the prorated discounts on the pricing page can look very different depending on your renewal date. For instance, if your upcoming renewal date is very soon, this may make the upgrade for a yearly subscription look lower than you might have expected.
