Desktop App Freezing When Opening Scrivener Project

If you are trying to open a large Scrivener project in the ProWritingAid Desktop App, the app may freeze. While frozen, the report icons may not display correctly, and you will not be able to click anywhere on the screen.

Please leave the Desktop App open, and return to it after 15-30 minutes. Your project should then open, and you will be able to work on it without issue. When you have finished working on your project, click ‘File’, ‘Save’ and then ‘File’, ‘Close’. This will prevent the file from causing long loading times when you next open the app.
