How Do I Stop Error Message 'nodeName of Null'?

This error message usually occurs with large documents. To prevent this error message, please use ProWritingAid with documents of 10,000 words or less. 

ProWritingAid works best when looking at fewer than 10,000 words at a time. This is because we have numerous high-powered reports which must contact our servers to function. Many customers break their documents up by chapter to get under that word count and to avoid becoming overwhelmed with suggestions.

Ensuring your chapters are less than 10,000 words will help ProWritingAid work faster and more effectively. Making each chapter into a separate file is usually the best method if you're working in our Desktop App, Word Add-In, or Google Docs add-on. 

However, in our Web Editor, you can use our Chapter Bar feature to split your document into chapters while only having to upload it once. You can find out more about this here. The Web Editor will preserve your formatting when you export your document back out to your computer.
