Why am I receiving 404 Error after using my confirmation link?

Unfortunately, this error is caused by a known issue our team is currently working hard to resolve. This should not affect the confirmation of your account, which you should be able to use without issue.

If you need to set up your password, please click 'Forgotten your Password' and follow the instructions.

You will then receive a password reset email from us, which will take you to the reset password page shown below.

This option doesn't require you to confirm your previous password and will save your new password for you. Following these steps should allow you to log into your ProWritingAid account with your new password straight away.
