How do I delete old documents?

To delete a document from our Web Editor, please follow the below steps

1. Go the Document List sidebar on the left-hand side. Hover over the document you would like to delete and click on the 3 vertical dots that should appear

2. Select the option to delete.


3. You will then be presented with the options to 'Delete' or 'Cancel'. Press 'Delete' to permanently remove your document from the Web Editor or press 'Cancel' if you change your mind and don't want to delete that document after all.

Deleting Parent Documents

When you store documents within a group, this creates 'parent' and 'children' documents. Like this:

If you would like to delete the 'parent' document (the one that shows the drop down arrow next to it) without deleting the 'children' files, you will need to move each of those documents from out of that grouping.

You can do this by clicking the documents you wish to move and dragging them somewhere else in your documents list, either above or further below the grouping it was originally a part of.
